Join NTKJ at Singapore Airshow 2024
NTKJ is pleased to announce our attendance to Singapore Airshow 2024 in Singapore on February 20th – February 23rd, 2024.
Booth: Japan’s Acquisition, Technology & Logistics Agency (ATLA)
Singapore Airshow is one of the biggest aviation exhibitions in Asia. NTKJ will exhibit infrared optics such as a 300mm diameter diamond turned Chalcogenide glass and Germanium Fresnel lens within Japan’s Acquisition, Technology & Logistics Agency (ATLA)’s booth to present our ultra precision optics manufacturing capability in the joint public and private efforts.

Highlights of NTKJ at the Exhibition – Ultra precise optics & components with micro structure

With NTKJ’s Freeform TL 1000 of AMETEK/Precitech, an ultra precision machining system NTKJ now has wide variety of precision optics manufacturing capability
from large scale to small with pico-order precision.
With the machine which has diamond turning and micro milling capability and with NTKJ’s technique
utilising the system with 50-year experience in optics manufacturing, NTKJ’s customers will benefit
to source precise optics and components from NTKJ for various applications such as not only
in opto-electronics but also medical, defense, sensing and so many other fields.
NTKJ, the Ultra-Precision optics manufacturer, is also capable of handling UV, VIS, IR wavelength range. NTKJ’s 10 pico-meter resolution of 5+2 axis enable to manufacture customized optics for various defense and sensing application up to 5000mm diameter.
Examples presented are large 300mm aperture of diamond turned “Chalcogenide glass opbtics” and “Aluminum mirror”.
