 We are happy to announce of our online store renewal to our valued customers.

Design Renewal 
 In consistent to our corporate design, our new online store will also has our unique design!

You can now complete your order using your courier account
 If you use your courier account for freight collect of our standard lenses, you can now pay online to place the order.  All you have to do is to wait for the products to be collected at NTKJ!
 You can still request for quotation including shipping and packing via our online store then receive an official quotation via e-mail later.

Due to our system renewal, we kindly ask our customers to know the following topics.

Password reset
All registered passwords are reset when renewing the online store system.  Please reset your password using the “Forgot your login information?” link before logging in to our new online store.

Order history to be deleted
We regret to announce that we cannot marge the order history record from the old site to the new.  We can always track your order history using our internal system.  Please contact us if you need to know your order history after renewing our online store system.

Renewal schedule
Current online store will be closed at noon on Friday 9th August (JST).  The new site will be open at 10am on Monday 19th August (JST) at the new address https://www.ntkj-japan.com/shop

 The latest news regarding the renewal will be posted on our website. We still accept you orders and queries during the maintenance period of online store via e-mail or web inquiry.
